Bruce M. Allen, CPCU, MBA

President, KOG International, Inc.

In 1973 Bruce began his career at Continental Insurance Company and shortly there after became the Philadelphia Bond Manager.  In 1981 Bruce left Continental and formed his own insurance agency, specializing in construction bonds and related insurance products.  For the next seven years Bruce provided high-level risk management consulting services to regional contractors in the areas of property and casualty insurance, loss control and engineering, claims management and sophisticated offshore cash flow programs.  Bruce continues to provide strategic advice and day-to-day management of numerous bond programs for the company’s clients.

Bruce received his MBA degree in Finance and Insurance from Temple University in 1980 and the prestigious Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in October of 1990.  Bruce is also a licensed insurance agent in several states in the region.

Bruce continues not only with developing and managing comprehensive bond programs for the company’s clients, but also assists them with the strategic and tactical development of their business plans as it relates to their overall surety program.  Bruce provides a unique construction consulting perspective to clients and prospects alike.

Kenneth C. Turner, BS/BA

President, Turner Bonding, Inc.

Ken has over 12 years of experience in the surety bond industry and was instrumental in establishing Turner Bonding, Inc. as the main operating company for Central Pennsylvania.  He earned his BS/BA in Finance/Marketing and Economics from Shippensburg University and is currently pursuing his Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (ASFB) designation.  Ken is a licensed insurance agent in several states in the region.  He has developed an extensive network of professional and business contacts in the field and brings these resources together to better serve his clients and surety partners.  Ken is responsible for the full operations of the Central Pennsylvania Office in all areas including strategic management, sales and marketing, financial management and bottom line profitability.  Ken also provides senior management insight to the agency with regards to their short and long-term business strategies. Turner Bonding Inc. is now the largest SBA agent in Central Pennsylvania.

Gregory M. Allen, BS/BA

Account Manager

Greg earned his BS in Business Administration from Shippensburg University in 2007.  Greg joined KOG International, Inc. immediately after graduation.  In addition to managing his own direct clients, Greg is an integral member of KOG’s marketing and sales department.  He brings solid computer skills that help him manage KOG’s various databases. Greg specializes in small to medium sized contractors and the Small Business Administration Bond Guarantee Program.  He is a licensed insurance agent in several states in the region.
